Washington principal Anne Tsuneishi shares thoughts on Women's History Month

Anne Tsuneishi, principal at Washington Elementary, shares her experiences and observations throughout her 30-year career at TPS as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. As she approaches retirement, she looks back on the progress made toward gender equality, the challenges that remain, and the importance of mentorship.

"If you have a good mentor, someone who can be a big sister or someone who can mother you a bit when you need it, that makes all the difference. And to the extent that I've been able to do that for other women in my career, that's so gratifying."
