More than 1,600 Tacoma students, teachers and families gathered at Cheney Stadium on Thursday, May 29, to celebrate and watch the annual TPS Night at the Rainiers game.

The First Creek Middle School drum line kicked things off with an on-field parade for all attendees. Jersey designer Isaac Eakin, a fifth grader from Washington Elementary, threw out the first pitch, Foss High School JROTC presented the colors, and Grant Center for the Expressive Arts Troubadours sang the national anthem.
