Lincoln's Latino Club members share their perspectives, experiences

In recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, we asked students from Lincoln High School’s Latino Club to share their perspectives and experiences about stereotypes they face.

In their thoughtful responses, they talk about how being stereotyped impacts their education and their future. They reflect on what they’re hearing from the media, and what assumptions are made of their ability and character.

They also offer solutions and hope for the future. Take a look at what they have to say.

Lincoln’s Latino Club is led by advisor Clarissa Burns.
