All families are asked to complete the Household Information Survey before Oct. 1. This survey provides an accurate count of households in Tacoma Public Schools and is used by the State of Washington to equitably distribute funding to districts and schools, based on need.

The survey can be completed online using a phone or computer, or at your school’s front office. Families can choose to translate the survey in their preferred language. Find the online survey here; it should take about five minutes to complete.
